HIMMA Return and Cancellation Policy

 

1. No Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

2. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective.

3. Defects: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective item.

4. Notification Process: To report any issues, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.

5. Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange due to defects. Slight variations in stitching, threads, or mild fabric smells are not considered defects.

6. Processing Time: Once we receive your notification and verify the defect or size issue, we will process your return or exchange within 12 business days.

7. Alteration: We offer alterations for orders within the UAE for a charge of 100 AED, with a processing time of up to 12 business days.
